Founders
MOSS HOSPITALITY is a team of result-driven doers, thinkers, and makers that reach far beyond the regular standards of hospitality.
OUR TEAM
Rustam Topchiev
CEO, co-founder
Rustam moved to the world of hospitality after 20 years of working in real estate development, where he played key roles in consulting, marketing strategy and service development as well as best use studies.

Rustam led the fundraising and development for seminal HoReCa projects, notably Uilliam’s, Ugolёk, and Severyane restaurants, Moloko, Pinch, and Happy End bars alongside MOSS, Russia’s first boutique hotel.

From 2019 to 2023, he was deputy CEO and Director for Commercial Real Estate at MR Group. In 2021, he founded his own management company, MOSS Development.

2022 was a decisive moment for Rustam’s career. After the successful relaunch of Hotel Marco Polo in the hippest neighbourhood of Moscow, at Patriarch’s Ponds, he felt that his trend-savvy business sense provided an excellent basis for MOSS HOSPITALITY, the new Russian leader in lifestyle hospitality and mixed-use projects.
Anna Endrikhovskaya
Chief Product Officer, hospitality professional
Anna is an internationally renowned hospitality expert, member of Les Clefs d’Or professional association of hotel concierges, recognised Best Young Concierge of the World in 2013. Over 17 years of industry experience, Anna worked her way up from butler to CPO.

Anna’s extensive travels, broad experience, and research into global best practices fine-tuned her unique product sense that enables her to envisage original narratives and ensure the topmost levels of service and hospitality in every project.

Anna is the owner of @HOSPITALITYGRAM, a popular Telegram channel about conscious hospitality.
