Project phases
A novel hospitality experience with a minimum of interventions into the existing hotel infrastructure.
A focus on upcycling: ballroom napery turned into hats, and ties into bags. The paper remaining from the old team was collected, churned, and reused for special occasions.

Signature rooms designed by local brands, new operators for the bar and restaurant, diverse event programming ranging from poetry readings to fashion shows. As a result, a long-forgotten hotel was transformed into a new vibrant hotspot in the Patriarch’s Pond neighbourhood.
